Creates the Working People with Disabilities program within the Agency for Health Care Administration to allow individuals with developmental disabilities to maintain Medicaid waiver eligibility while employed

Eligibility requires being at least 18 years old, having a developmental disability, currently enrolled in a Medicaid home and community-based services waiver program, and earning income from employment

Sets maximum monthly income limit at 550% of the Supplemental Security Income Federal Benefit Rate to maintain Medicaid eligibility

Allows asset disregards of up to $13,000 for an individual enrollee or $24,000 for an enrollee and spouse, and excludes IRS-recognized retirement account assets from eligibility determinations

Requires the Department of Children and Families to provide written notice about the program to eligible adults upon initial waiver enrollment and annually thereafter, with current enrollees to receive notice within 90 days of the act's effective date
