Requires the Department of Health, in collaboration with school districts, to develop informational materials for parents and guardians on detecting developmental delays and autism spectrum disorder

Materials must be posted on the department's website within 90 days after July 1, 2026, and made available to early learning coalitions, prekindergarten providers, school districts, and charter schools

Parents of voluntary prekindergarten through second grade students must be notified annually of the availability of these materials, starting September 30, 2026

Informational materials must include descriptions of developmental delays and autism spectrum disorder, associated signs, screening recommendations, and existing state resources including the Center for Autism and Related Disabilities and Early Head Start program

Early learning coalitions are required to notify parents enrolling children in the Voluntary Prekindergarten Education Program about the availability of these detection materials
