Expands the definition of "credential" under the Reimagining Education and Career Help Act to include leadership and soft skills certificates

Leadership and soft skills certificates must be offered by an accredited educational organization or an entity certified by a recognized education and training entity to qualify

The expanded credential definition applies to Florida's integrated workforce and education system designed to improve training, equity, and access for all Floridians

Effective date: July 1, 2026
