Prohibits public schools, charter schools, and school districts from spending funds on organizations that discriminate based on race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or religion, or on programs advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion or promoting political/social activism

Requires prior written parental consent before students receive instruction on reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, or any disease education, replacing the previous opt-out system with an opt-in requirement

Mandates health education on human embryologic and fetal development for grades 6-12, including a minimum 1-minute ultrasound video showing organ and limb development and a minimum 3-minute animation showing fertilization through birth

Requires school districts to implement comprehensive mathematics instruction plans for prekindergarten through grade 12 students, including potential components such as additional instruction time, mathematics coaches, and tutoring

Authorizes the Commissioner of Education to remove instructional materials from the state-approved list and revoke publisher eligibility for up to 5 years if violations of Florida law are determined, with required notice and opportunity to respond before action is taken
