Requires public schools to allow students to express religious beliefs in coursework, artwork, and assignments, with work evaluated on academic standards regardless of religious content

Permits students to wear religious clothing, accessories, and jewelry to the same extent secular messages are allowed, and to pray or organize religious clubs before, during, and after school

Allows school personnel to voluntarily participate in student-initiated religious activities on school grounds before or after school hours

Mandates a daily moment of silence of 1-2 minutes in first-period classrooms and permits student-led or staff-led prayer (up to 2 minutes) during opening remarks at high school championship events
