Prohibits Florida state agencies from using the term "West Bank" in official government materials, requiring use of "Judea and Samaria" instead to describe territory Israel captured from Jordan in the 1967 Six-Day War

Defines "Judea" as the area south of Jerusalem and "Samaria" as the area north of Jerusalem

Bars state agencies from spending money to create official materials that use the term "West Bank"

Requires all instructional materials and library media center collections adopted by district school boards or charter school governing boards on or after July 1, 2026, to use "Judea and Samaria" terminology

Takes effect July 1, 2026
