Requires individual health insurance policies, group health insurance policies, and health maintenance contracts to cover orthotics and prosthetics services for eligible individuals beginning July 1, 2026.

Defines eligible individuals as children under 18, dependent children up to age 26 on a parent's policy, and individuals with developmental disabilities.

Mandates coverage for orthoses and prostheses deemed medically necessary for daily living, job-related activities, and physical/recreational activities including running, biking, swimming, and strength training.

Requires coverage for replacements when medically necessary due to physiological changes, irreparable damage, or when repair costs exceed 60% of replacement cost, and prohibits denying claims for disabled individuals that would be covered for non-disabled persons.

Directs health insurers and HMOs to submit annual reports to the Office of Insurance Regulation beginning July 1, 2027, detailing claims submitted and paid for orthotics and prosthetics services.
