Authorizes two or more special districts operating as hospital districts to jointly enter into ventures, partnerships, corporations, joint operating networks, service lines, facilities, or other collaborations within their combined boundaries

Grants state action immunity to parties participating in these hospital district collaborations, protecting them from state and federal antitrust law violations

Declares that hospital district collaborations serve a public purpose by improving healthcare access, strengthening provider integration, and promoting continuity of care for Florida residents

Establishes that this new authority supersedes any conflicting general or special laws

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
