Prohibits "covered foreign entities" from bidding on, submitting proposals for, or entering into contracts with Florida state agencies for office equipment and services including computers, printers, and videoconferencing services

Defines covered foreign entities as companies with parent companies, controlling interests, or substantial shareholders domiciled in China that must comply with China's 2015 National Security Law or 2017 National Intelligence Law requiring cooperation with Chinese intelligence agencies

Includes in the definition any Chinese-domiciled company with government ownership, entities on the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act Entity List, and subsidiaries of covered entities

Extends the prohibition to local agencies, local governments, and local entities that receive state funds for purchasing covered equipment or services

Requires bidding entities to certify they are not covered foreign entities, with mandatory immediate contract termination if false certification is discovered; effective July 1, 2026
