Prohibits Florida counties and municipalities from funding, promoting, or taking official action related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), including adopting ordinances, resolutions, rules, programs, or policies on DEI matters.

Bans local government expenditures on DEI offices or DEI officers, whether full-time employees, part-time employees, or independent contractors.

Declares that county commissioners, municipal governing body members, or other local officials who violate these provisions commit misfeasance or malfeasance in office.

Authorizes residents to bring civil lawsuits in circuit court against counties or municipalities that violate the law, with courts able to award declaratory relief, injunctive relief, damages, and costs.

Requires potential recipients of county or municipal contracts or grants to certify they will not use local government funds for DEI-related materials or instruction, effective January 1, 2027.
