Requires businesses applying for or renewing a local business tax receipt to show an active license or authorization from the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) if they conduct transactions subject to OFAC sanction programs

Allows online renewals to satisfy this requirement through electronic certification by the applicant rather than exhibiting physical documentation

Amends section 205.194, Florida Statutes, by adding a new subsection (2) to the existing prohibition requirements for local business tax receipts

Effective date of October 1, 2026
