Amends s. 768.28, F.S. to expand the definition of "state agencies or subdivisions" to explicitly include county constitutional officers (such as sheriffs, clerks of court, property appraisers, tax collectors, and supervisors of elections)

Extends sovereign immunity protections in tort actions to county constitutional officers, placing them under the same liability framework as other state agencies and subdivisions

County constitutional officers would be subject to the same recovery limits and legal procedures that apply to the state, counties, and municipalities in tort claims
