Amends the medical marijuana treatment center license application cure process to allow entities in legal partnership with eligible class members (or their heirs) to cure deficiencies, even if the application was submitted by the entity rather than the class member individually

Prohibits the Department of Health from denying a license application solely because it was submitted by a partnered entity rather than by the recognized class member or heir as an individual

Establishes that partnered entity applicants satisfy the 5-year Florida business registration requirement if the entity itself had been registered for 5 consecutive years before submitting the application

Requires the Department of Health to issue licenses to qualifying partnered entity applicants by July 1, 2026, provided all other licensure requirements are met

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
