Requires the Florida Department of Management Services to establish and maintain state term contracts with vendors for building code inspection services

Allows out-of-state licensed inspectors and plans examiners to work in Florida for 1 year following a Governor-declared state of emergency (natural, manmade, or technological)

Qualifying individuals must either hold a state term contract, be qualified in a state with a mutual aid agreement with Florida, or have held a valid license in any state for at least 5 years

Covers 14 inspection and examination positions including building, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and coastal construction inspectors, as well as various plans examiners
