Expands the E-Verify requirement to all private employers in Florida, eliminating the previous threshold that only applied to businesses with 25 or more employees

Requires all private employers to use the E-Verify system to verify new employees' employment eligibility beginning July 1, 2026

Mandates that every employer certify compliance with E-Verify requirements on their first unemployment compensation/reemployment assistance tax return each calendar year

Removes the optional certification provision that previously allowed employers who voluntarily used E-Verify to document their usage
