Creates the Interstate Podiatric Medical Licensure Compact Commission as a governing body composed of one voting representative from each member state to administer the compact, adopt rules, collect fees, and enforce compliance

Requires member state licensing boards to share disciplinary information and allows joint investigations; disciplinary action in one state automatically triggers suspension or matching sanctions in other member states where the physician holds an expedited license

Takes effect when at least four states enact the compact, with withdrawal requiring one year's notice; member states retain authority to regulate podiatric medicine practice within their borders
