Exempts podiatric physicians' personal identifying information (except name, licensure status, and licensure number) obtained from the Interstate Podiatric Medical Licensure Compact's coordinated information system from public records requirements

Allows disclosure of exempted information only if the state that originally reported it authorizes disclosure by law, and only to the extent that state permits

Exempts meetings or portions of meetings of the Interstate Podiatric Medical Licensure Compact Commission from public meetings requirements when sensitive and confidential matters are discussed

Exempts recordings, minutes, and records generated during closed commission meetings from public records requirements

Subject to automatic repeal on October 2, 2031, under the Open Government Sunset Review Act unless reenacted by the Legislature; effective date contingent on passage of related legislation establishing the compact
