Authorizes the Florida Department of Education to create the Disability Awareness and Inclusion Education Program to integrate disability awareness into K-12 public school curriculum

Establishes grade-level instruction requirements: at least one lesson per month for K-5, two lessons per month for grades 6-8, and a 4-6 week annual program for grades 9-12 covering disability rights, advocacy, and community service

Implements the program in three phases: pilot schools in year one, districtwide expansion in year two, and statewide expansion beginning in year four

Requires the Department of Education to establish program guidelines by January 1, 2027, and authorizes grants to school districts for implementation, subject to legislative appropriation

Allows participating schools to collect and report data on student empathy surveys, teacher/parent observations, and school climate indicators including bullying measures
