Creates civil liability immunity for federally licensed firearms dealers who enter into "firearm hold agreements" with gun owners, where the dealer either provides locked storage accessible only to the owner or takes physical possession of firearms for an agreed period before returning them

Defines firearm hold agreements as private transactions between licensed dealers and individual gun owners for temporary firearm storage or safekeeping

Immunity covers acts or omissions resulting in personal injury or death, including when firearms are returned to owners at the end of the agreement

Immunity does not apply if the dealer engaged in otherwise unlawful conduct

Excludes agreements from immunity protection when firearms are transferred under risk protection orders (s. 790.401) or when existing protection orders under domestic violence, repeat violence, or stalking statutes govern the firearm owner
