Mandates coverage for evidence-based cancer imaging for individuals at increased risk of cancer, following National Comprehensive Cancer Network clinical practice guidelines

Prohibits insurers from imposing deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, or other cost-sharing requirements on covered genetic testing and cancer imaging services

Provides an exception for high-deductible health plans linked to health savings accounts (HSAs), allowing cost-sharing after the minimum IRS deductible is met, except for services classified as preventive care under federal law
