Expands law enforcement authority of Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco officers to investigate violations across multiple chapters including pilot regulations, boxing/wrestling, condominiums, mobile homes, and professional licensing in addition to existing alcohol and tobacco enforcement

Authorizes the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to verify work authorization status of license applicants by requesting personal identification documents (social security numbers, passports, immigration status, etc.) and to immediately suspend licenses of those found unauthorized to work in the United States

Creates new criminal penalties for nitrous oxide offenses: second-degree misdemeanor for personal inhalation/ingestion, third-degree felony for possessing more than 16 grams or selling flavored nitrous oxide, and second-degree felony for selling to minors for intoxication purposes

Prohibits tobacco and nicotine product dealers from possessing or selling nitrous oxide on licensed premises, punishable as a third-degree felony, with an exception for grocery stores with at least 10,000 square feet of retail space

Adds criminal penalties (third-degree felony) for talent agencies that send employees or minors to houses of prostitution or places for nude modeling of minors without parental consent
