Proposes changing the voter approval threshold for Florida constitutional amendments and revisions from 60% to a simple majority (50%+1) of electors voting on the measure

Requires this change itself to be approved by voters at the next general election or an earlier special election authorized by law

Maintains the existing requirement that amendments imposing new state taxes or fees must still be approved by a two-thirds vote of electors

Approved amendments would take effect on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in January following the election, unless a different date is specified

Does not alter other constitutional amendment procedures, including publication requirements, filing deadlines, or the 90-day waiting period before elections
