Allows parties in civil, family law, or probate cases to agree by written stipulation to appoint a voluntary trial resolution judge to adjudicate all remaining issues in their case

Requires voluntary trial resolution judges to be Florida Bar members in good standing for more than 5 years, take an oath to follow the Florida Code of Judicial Conduct, and be compensated directly by the parties according to their agreement

Presiding judge must appoint the parties' selected voluntary trial resolution judge within 10 days of the request and retains jurisdiction only for contempt powers, subpoena enforcement against non-parties, and judgment enforcement

Excludes disputes involving constitutional challenges to statutes, child custody/visitation/support matters, and cases where third parties who would be indispensable or proper parties do not agree to the process

Grants voluntary trial resolution judges judicial immunity and requires proceedings to follow applicable court rules, the Florida Evidence Code, and remain open to the public, with appeals available through standard judicial review
