Creates section 112.537, Florida Statutes, requiring law enforcement employing agencies to maintain a log when someone requests and receives a law enforcement officer's personnel file or other public records

The log must document the requester's name, address, and type of identification presented (if any)

Defines "employing agency" by reference to the existing definition in s. 943.10(4), Florida Statutes
