Updates Department of Financial Services operations including renaming the Florida Accounting Information Resource Subsystem to the Financial Management Subsystem, eliminating semimonthly salary payment authority, and changing warrant "duplication" to "replacement"

Creates permanent bars and disqualifying periods for certain applicants seeking licensure from the Board of Funeral, Cemetery, and Consumer Services based on criminal history, requiring the board to adopt implementing rules

Revises workers' compensation reimbursement dispute timelines, insurance licensing requirements for agents and bail bond applicants, and adds restrictions on public adjuster response requirements for claims status requests
