Amends Florida's required instruction statute (s. 1003.42) to establish grade-specific curriculum requirements for teaching Hispanic contributions to the United States

Grades K-2 must cover Hispanic American holidays, symbols, traditions, notable figures, and concepts of respect and fairness

Grades 3-5 must include Spanish exploration of the New World, Hispanic leaders in U.S. defense, cultural influences, and achievements in arts, sciences, business, and education

Grades 6-8 must address Spanish colonization's impact, U.S. expansion's effects on Hispanic populations, overcoming barriers to equality, and how prejudice limits freedoms

Grades 9-12 must cover Hispanic roles in exploration, colonization, military conflicts, economic growth, civil rights advancement, contributions to culture and civic life, and stories of success through perseverance
