Bans job applications for government positions from including nonbinary or other gender options beyond male or female

Makes it unlawful for employers receiving state funding to require training on sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression as a condition of employment

Protects employees and contractors from adverse personnel action for expressing religious, moral, conscience-based, or biology-based beliefs against gender ideology, whether at or away from the worksite

Provides administrative and civil remedies through the Florida Commission on Human Relations, with reasonable attorney fees and costs awarded to prevailing parties
