Obligates developers to verify age category data through app store data-sharing methods and notify app stores of significant changes to apps, including changes to data collection, age ratings, or the introduction of in-app purchases or advertisements

Allows minors or their parents to sue app store providers or developers for violations, with courts awarding the greater of actual damages or $1,000 per violation, plus punitive damages, attorney fees, and costs

Classifies violations as unfair and deceptive trade practices, authorizing the Department of Legal Affairs to seek civil penalties up to $7,500 per violation and injunctive relief, with the act taking effect July 1, 2027
