Authorizes board meetings, unit owner meetings, and committee meetings to be conducted via audio conference, video conference, or both, with participation counting toward quorum requirements

Expands emergency powers of condominium associations, residential cooperative associations, and homeowners' associations to include conducting meetings and elections via audioconferencing

Mandates that associations with 25 or more units post audio or video recordings (or hyperlinks to recordings) of all meetings conducted by audio or video conference on their website or mobile application
