Elevates the offense of using a child in a sexual performance from a second-degree to a first-degree felony with a 15-year mandatory minimum for offenders 18 or older; creates a life felony with 25-year mandatory minimum when the child is younger than 12

Upgrades possession of child pornography from a third-degree to a second-degree felony and transmission of child pornography from a third-degree to a second-degree felony with a 5-year mandatory minimum

Expands the definition of "transmit" to include sharing links or access credentials to cloud storage containing child pornography

Increases penalties for sexual activities involving animals from third-degree to second-degree felonies for direct contact or aiding such contact, and requires animal ownership prohibitions for at least 5 years following conviction
