Provides appropriations for Florida state government operations for fiscal year 2026-2027 (July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027), along with supplemental appropriations for the period ending June 30, 2026

Allocates $705.2 million for Florida's Bright Futures Scholarship Program, with Academic Scholars receiving 100% of tuition, Medallion Scholars receiving 75% (or 100% for associate degree programs at Florida College System institutions)

Appropriates $589.9 million for K-12 education through the Florida Education Finance Program and class size reduction funding, with class size allocation factors of $961.90 for prekindergarten-grade 3, $918.41 for grades 4-8, and $920.63 for grades 9-12

Dedicates $1.77 billion for education fixed capital outlay projects, including $369 million for Special Facility Construction, $261 million for charter school and university maintenance, and $233.2 million for State University System capital projects

Funds human services agencies including the Agency for Health Care Administration, Department of Children and Families, Department of Health, and Veterans' Affairs, along with criminal justice, natural resources, and general government operations across multiple state departments
