Expands the public records exemption for examination and assessment instruments to cover materials held by public schools, district school boards, Florida College System institutions, state universities, boards of trustees, the Department of Education, the State Board of Education, and the Board of Governors

Requires the State Board of Education and Board of Governors to adopt rules establishing retention schedules and disposal processes for these confidential assessment records

Authorizes listed educational entities to share confidential assessment information with each other, and requires schools and institutions to disclose such information to the Department of Education, State Board of Education, or Board of Governors upon request

Preserves existing student and parent rights to access student records and education records under state law

Extends the scheduled repeal date of this public records exemption from October 2, 2026, to October 2, 2031
