Exempts district school boards from Chapter 120 rulemaking requirements when adopting rules with public input at public meetings

Allows students to carry FDA-approved epinephrine delivery devices (expanding beyond auto-injectors) and permits schools to purchase supplies of these devices for emergency use

Grants 15-year charter renewals to schools demonstrating exemplary academic programming, including those with strong school improvement ratings, and prohibits dismissing students for academic performance while schools are under improvement plans

Designates private schools with 150 or fewer students as permitted uses in commercial or mixed-use zoning districts without requiring rezoning, special exceptions, or land use changes

Requires school districts to take specified actions when screening identifies students with characteristics of dyslexia or dyscalculia, and mandates the Department of Education develop applied algebra courses to satisfy graduation requirements
