Expands existing public records exemptions for the Office of Financial Regulation to cover money transmitters and financial institutions acting as custodians of gold coin and silver coin, as authorized by Chapter 2025-100, Laws of Florida

Makes confidential and exempt from public disclosure all investigation and examination records, trade secrets, personal financial information, and consumer complaints related to these gold and silver coin custodians

Extends confidentiality protections to payment instrument transaction databases and deferred presentment transaction databases that may identify gold and silver coin custodians, payors, payees, or conductors

Subjects the expanded exemptions to the Open Government Sunset Review Act with automatic repeal on October 2, 2031, unless reenacted by the Legislature

Takes effect on the same date that sections 1 through 15 of Chapter 2025-100, Laws of Florida, become effective
