Requires each state party executive committee to submit its list of presidential preference primary candidates to the Secretary of State by November 1 of the year before the primary

Within 10 days of submitting the candidate list, the state executive committee must provide the Secretary of State an affidavit from each candidate stating their citizenship and age, along with supporting documents proving natural born citizenship, age, and U.S. residency requirements under Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution

Directs the Secretary of State to review each candidate's affidavit and documentation, and to remove from the ballot any candidate for whom there is reasonable cause to believe they do not meet the constitutional citizenship, age, or residency requirements for President

Amends Georgia Code Section 21-2-193 governing the Presidential Preference Primary process by adding new subsections (b) and (c) establishing these qualification verification procedures
