Dedicates the bridge over the Oconee River on Georgia Highway 16 connecting Hancock and Putnam Counties as the "Little's Ferry/George F. Green Memorial Bridge," honoring Dr. George Franklin Green, a physician who delivered approximately 14,000 babies over nearly 40 years and served as a Georgia state representative (1987-1991), and the Little family, who operated a ferry across the Oconee River for 85 years after General Sherman destroyed the area's only bridge.

Serves as an omnibus resolution dedicating over 20 road facilities across Georgia, including highways, bridges, and an intersection, in honor of military veterans, public servants, and community leaders such as Habitat for Humanity founder Millard Fuller, Congressional Medal of Honor recipient William Maud Bryant, and WWII POW Dual Broadrick.

Designates six driving trails developed by the nonprofit Georgia Civil War Heritage Trails as the official statewide Civil War Era Historic Driving Trails of Georgia and authorizes the organization to plan, construct, and maintain these trails in collaboration with the Department of Transportation and local governments.

Directs the Georgia Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signs for all dedicated road facilities named in the resolution.

Instructs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit copies of the resolution to the Department of Transportation, relevant state agencies, and the families or honorees named throughout the resolution.
