Recognizes March 18, 2010, as Africa Diaspora Day at the Georgia State Capitol, honoring cultural, political, economic, and social ties between Georgia and the nations and people of Africa and the Caribbean.

Acknowledges that the continent of Africa comprises 53 distinct countries and that many Georgia residents were born in or have family ties to Africa and the Caribbean.

Highlights contributions of Georgia's African and Caribbean-based organizations, including international health fairs, legal forums, earthquake relief efforts, youth soccer events, scholarships, and business mentoring programs.

Notes the participation of members of the Georgia Consular Corps representing the Bahamas, Barbados, Botswana, Jamaica, Liberia, Mali, Nigeria, São Tomé and Príncipe, and Tanzania in Africa Diaspora Day activities.

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to transmit copies of the resolution to the consular representatives of the nine named nations.
