Adds the Georgia Boxing Association to the list of recognized governing bodies for amateur boxing, wrestling, and martial arts under Chapter 4B of Title 43 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated (Georgia Athletic and Entertainment Commission).

Amateur matches, contests, or exhibitions governed by the Georgia Boxing Association would be exempt from the regulatory provisions of the Georgia Athletic and Entertainment Commission, consistent with exemptions already granted to 15 other organizations such as USA Boxing, Golden Gloves, and the NCAA.

Amends the definition of "amateur" to include participants in events authorized by the Georgia Boxing Association, provided they receive no compensation.

Becomes effective upon approval by the Governor or upon becoming law without such approval.
