Officially titled the "Georgia Forest Product Fairness Act," amending Chapter 1 of Title 48 of the Official Code of Georgia relating to revenue and taxation

Defines "economic incentive" as any direct price subsidy made available by the state to support the purchase of raw forestry products, explicitly excluding benefits available under existing statutorily provided programs

Defines "raw forest product" as any raw material harvested or recovered from forest wood or wood waste at its initial conversion

Declares the General Assembly's intent that any economic incentive granted on or after July 1, 2010, to any entity engaged in commercial use of raw forest products must be extended equitably to all users of raw forest products in Georgia to maintain parity within that economic segment
