Creates a new "Annual Commercial Wrecker Emergency Tow Permit" in Georgia allowing commercial wreckers to exceed standard weight and dimension limits on state highways when towing disabled, damaged, or wrecked commercial vehicles

Sets specific weight and length limits for the emergency tow permit: single axle weight not exceeding 21,000 pounds, tandem axle load not exceeding 40,000 pounds, and total load length not exceeding 125 feet

Establishes a permit fee of $500.00 per annual commercial wrecker emergency tow permit, equal to the existing "annual permit plus" fee

Amends Article 2 of Chapter 6 of Title 32 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, which governs weight and dimensions of vehicles and loads on the state highway system

Permits are valid for 12 months and issued by the Georgia Department of Transportation commissioner, adding this new permit category alongside existing annual, six-month, single-trip, and multitrip permits
