Exempts from public disclosure records, data, and information maintained by the Georgia Department of Agriculture regarding applicants for or recipients of certification as a qualified agriculture producer for taxation purposes under Code Section 48-8-3.3

Allows release of these otherwise exempt Department of Agriculture records to law enforcement officers, prosecutors, judges, or state and federal agencies for investigation or prosecution of alleged criminal or unlawful activity or other official use

Amends Code Section 50-18-72 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, which governs when public disclosure is not required for certain government records under the state's open records law

Adds a new paragraph (10.4) to the existing list of exemptions from public disclosure requirements, specifically targeting qualified agriculture producer certification records
