Establishes the African American Cultural Preservation Office within the Division of Historic Preservation under the Georgia Department of Natural Resources by amending Code Section 12-3-50.1

The office is charged with increasing public awareness of and encouraging interest in the contributions of African Americans to Georgia's cultural heritage

Authorizes the office to cooperate with federal, state, and local government agencies as well as private organizations and individuals to identify and preserve properties associated with African American cultural heritage

Directs the office to develop and propose programs and activities aimed at protecting and preserving African American cultural heritage properties in the state

Requires the office to provide public information, education, technical assistance, and training related to African American cultural heritage preservation
