Amends Georgia Code Section 40-5-21.1 to allow the Department of Driver Services to issue a temporary driver's license, permit, or special identification card to a noncitizen when the department cannot verify lawful presence through its standard process but the applicant presents original U.S. Department of Homeland Security documentation

Temporary licenses issued under this provision are valid for the lesser of the duration of the noncitizen's authorized stay in the United States or 90 days

Acceptable documentation includes a Permanent Resident Card (Form I-551), a foreign passport with temporary I-551 stamp, an Employment Authorization Document with photograph (Form I-766), or a foreign passport with Form I-94/I-94A/I-797A for nonimmigrant aliens authorized to work for a specific employer

Provides an additional documentation pathway for nonimmigrant workers who have timely filed for an extension of stay and are authorized to continue employment for up to 240 days beyond their expired endorsement period, requiring both the relevant I-94/I-797A forms and a Form I-797C showing a received date within the endorsement period

Retains the existing prohibition against accepting driver's licenses or identification cards from any state or territory that, on or after July 1, 2006, authorized issuance to persons not lawfully present in the United States as evidence of legal presence
