The chief administrative officer of the Fulton County Juvenile Court is granted oversight of the court's budget and, with approval of the chief judge, may make changes to line item appropriations after county funds have been appropriated.

The Fulton County Finance Department must process all payroll adjustments related to appointments, transfers, terminations, and other personnel actions upon written notification from the chief administrative officer.

Any unexpended county-appropriated funds remaining with the court at the end of a fiscal year lapse to the general fund of Fulton County.

The Act takes effect immediately upon approval by the Governor or upon becoming law without such approval.
