Highlights the university's growth from 4 faculty members and 15 students in 1908 to more than 20,000 students, 2,000 faculty and staff, and over 100 programs of study on a 900-plus acre campus in Statesboro, Georgia

Recognizes specific program achievements including a top-ranked MBA program, military-friendly school designation for three consecutive years, the largest ROTC battalion in the Southeast at a nonmilitary campus, and a consecutive MacArthur Award-winning ROTC program

Directs the Clerk of the House to transmit copies of the resolution to Georgia Southern University and Dr. Keel
