Sets the annual salary of the deputy clerk of the Superior Court of Cobb County at $98,303.60, paid in equal monthly installments from county treasury funds

Requires any candidate for clerk of the Superior Court of Cobb County to certify the name of their intended deputy clerk appointment to the judge of the Probate Court on the date of qualification for a primary or general election

Grants the clerk of the superior court 30 days to certify a new deputy clerk appointment to the Probate Court judge in the event of the deputy clerk's death or removal from office

Authorizes the clerk of the Superior Court of Cobb County to employ additional clerical staff as needed, subject to approval of the number of employees and their compensation by the Cobb County governing authority

Becomes effective upon approval by the Governor or upon becoming law without such approval
