Honors J. Scott Angle for his significant contributions to the State of Georgia over the past decade, particularly his 10-year tenure as dean of the University of Georgia College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences (CAES) beginning August 15, 2005

Under his leadership as dean, undergraduate and graduate agriculture enrollment increased by 26% and 31%, respectively, and the college ranked first among UGA colleges in graduate/professional school placement in 2013, 2014, and 2015

Created the Dean's Promise Program to fund international and internship experiences for CAES students, increasing study abroad enrollment by 30%, and expanded agriculture degree programs to Griffin and Tifton, Georgia

In 2015, Angle was selected as President and CEO of the International Fertilizer Development Center, a nonprofit focused on improving food security in developing countries through soil health and food production

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to provide a copy of the resolution to J. Scott Angle
