Honors the life and memory of Dr. H. Kenneth Walker, a professor of medicine and neurology at Emory University School of Medicine, who passed away on February 23, 2018

Dr. Walker dedicated a 60-year career to clinical care at Grady Memorial Hospital beginning in 1958, serving as assistant chief of medicine and personally training more internal medicine residents than any other Emory physician

Led the Atlanta-Tbilisi Partnership for more than 25 years as executive director of Partners for International Development, improving health care in the Republic of Georgia through projects including training 50 Georgian medical graduates at Emory and establishing a Women's Wellness Center and nursing programs

Named an honorary citizen of the Republic of Georgia in 2005 and received the Georgia Hospital Heroes Lifetime Achievement Award from the Georgia Hospital Association in 2016

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to distribute copies of the resolution to Emory University, Grady Memorial Hospital, and Dr. Walker's family and friends
