Recognizes and remembers Trey McKinley Grisham of Kennesaw, Georgia, a North Cobb High School varsity lacrosse player and drama club member who was lost to suicide

Designates February 12, 2018, as AFSP Georgia Suicide Prevention Day at the state capitol

Commends the Georgia chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) for its 12 years of scientific research funding, public education, policy advocacy, and support for survivors of suicide loss

Notes that in 2016, 44,965 people in the United States died by suicide, including 1,409 Georgians, and that suicide is the tenth leading cause of death nationally and the second leading cause among those aged 15-24

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to distribute copies of the resolution to the Grisham family and the Georgia chapter of AFSP
