Gordonia-Alatamaha State Park is renamed as Jack Hill State Park in honor of the late Senator Jack Hill, who represented the 4th District from 1990 until his death and served as chairman of the Senate Appropriations Committee

Approximately 6.00 acres of heritage preserve land in Glynn County is authorized for change of use and a nonexclusive easement is granted to the Department of Transportation for widening State Route 25/US Route 17 and installing a roundabout at the intersection with State Route 99, approved by the Board of Natural Resources on December 5, 2018

Approximately 0.194 of an acre of heritage preserve land in Murray County is authorized for change of use and a nonexclusive easement is granted to the Department of Transportation for widening State Route 52 ALT, approved by the Board of Natural Resources on August 22, 2018

Consideration for each easement is $10.00, and both easement authorizations expire three years after the resolution's effective date; abandonment of either easement triggers automatic reversion of all rights to the State of Georgia

Custody of all affected properties remains with the Department of Natural Resources, and the Department must file notices of heritage preserve dedication removal with the Secretary of State and the respective county Superior Courts
